I hate Jane's plain nylon collars so I'm always on the lookout for a new attractive collar. I have a Beagle with a thick neck and a small head so I prefer the Martindale collar style for it. When I found this one I was specifically looking for a thinner Martindale collar because he also wears a flea collar and the thicker collars (1" and 1.5") seemed too big in addition to the flea collar around his neck. This is a stocky little beagle but the medium size fits perfectly. And it's only about 3/4 wide so fits a flea collar that much better. It's really beautiful and colorful. I will definitely be buying more collars from this company in the future.
