This product requires some practice. If you are new to sugaring, I recommend starting with a medium consistency. It will be a little stiffer and more comfortable to use. However, I love this product. This is currently my favorite brand. It's easy to use, easier with experience. I have found that I have far fewer problems with ingrown hairs compared to other brands. Read the instructions and be patient. If you've waxed, you can definitely learn sugar, and it's a lot less painful. The main thing is to work fast!
