Overall good value for money. The fan is loud for the amount of air it moves. A shorter and thinner shirt is better when using this device. If you wear a longer shirt, it will overlay and block the air outlet and inlet. Thicker Carhartt shirts are difficult to snap into place, but thinner ones will do. The leather belts are approximately 1/8 inch and will not fully fit into the belt clip, causing the fan to stick up on the belt. You will need to use a belt about 1/16 inch thick. The rubberized coating gives it a soft and hard feel and is probably the kind of rubber that gets sticky after sitting for a while. If you sweat a lot I have a feeling it will break down quickly due to the exposed side vents and top button. The battery capacity of 4500 mAh (500 mAh less than the listing) was measured in the dead state with no fan running. When attempting to start, the flashlight blinked twice. The main part of the device was charged in less than 3 hours, and the current dropped to the last discharge. When used as a 5V battery, the total discharge was about 2400mAh. The flashlight is decent, around 50 lumens by my standards compared to a Nite Core EC23 at the 55 lumen setting (fan first). What's nice is that the fins can be positioned to be used as a table fan or tilted at an angle when worn around the neck. I don't like the interface that combines light and fan power, although it's easy to use. Single clicks toggle the fan LED to low and a long press toggles the fan LED to solid. Another hold turns the SOS feature on, another hold turns it off. The LED on the power button flashes red while charging and stays on while charging. Green when the device is running low. The device can be used when connected to the network, and depending on the power consumption, it is 14 hours at a low current of 0.32A, 6.8 hours (1 hour less than the listing) at an average current of 0 .66 A , 4.1 hours at a high current of 1.08 A. The wind speed is comparable to a slight breath of the mouth, but the air from the fan seems much cooler. If you were to compare the price of a 50 lumen flashlight and a 2500mah battery, you would appreciate the price of this personal fan. You can use the backup function while charging to charge other devices at the same time. All in all, even with battery capacity and average runtime tolerance, it seems like a decent product for summertime outdoor use, or longer if kept dry. The device comes with instructions, a USB-A to USB-C adapter to charge the device and a lanyard.
