I keep seeing people give low ratings because it's expensive. However, this is NOTHING compared to what hairdressers use and most of the products I have tried. This shampoo balances the pH, which means that it is suitable for all hair types. I have very long, shiny hair and this has helped me retain the shine and softness when I moved to a hard water location.
