Review on 💪 Loctek Heavy Duty Gas Spring Swing Monitor Arm Desk Mount Stand - Fits 10-34 inch Monitors, Weight Capacity of 13.2-33 lbs by Josh Clifton

Attached is a photo of my first Loctek monitor arm. Currently. I went and bought two more hoping and thinking hey they have good reviews. Maybe I'm just stupid? nope Fresh out of the box, the second one I just put in, no matter how you twist it, no matter how tight you tighten it, your hand shoots straight up, doesn't stop, straight out of the box. I expect MUCH more from Loctek as their arms are higher quality and more expensive than the competition, but they just DO NOT work as intended. That's very disappointing. I will be contacting Loctek about my first unit I bought for a second one that has the same issue and HOPE the third one I am building now does NOT have the same issue. Update: Both monitor arms were defective when delivered. The swivel joint is defective on one, the spring on the other. I tried contacting Loctek directly through their website. Couldn't, got a bug in their support system. So I tried using the email that YOU specifically listed on their website. Guess what? I received a reply email notification that the email address is invalid. GREAT work by Loctek, really. Will never buy from this brand again and am absolutely disappointed that my time and money was wasted on a junk product.
