I tailored one for one of the little barkers down the seedy alleyway. With a larger dog, this is no longer necessary. The company claims they respond to an email within 24 hours, but it's been over a week since I've emailed them and they still have no resolution. Also, the battery only lasted a week. In addition, the dog has become resistant to the slight vibration of the high-pitched tone that the collar makes. I would not recommend it. The main reason I wouldn't recommend this company doesn't back up their word of total satisfaction. When I asked if they could just replace the nylon webbing so I can keep using the mechanism, they still haven't responded, explaining that they have a 24 hour turnaround on emails, which is not true.
