Bought the device only to find the Wi-Fi function is a waste of money. Alorair doesn't seem to support their phone app and that's why you can't complete the account setup as they say they send you an email that never arrives. An email address is required to complete your account and use the device and Wi-Fi functionality. Tried three email addresses with no emails configured. They will most likely return the device and look for something with features that you can actually use. Works great on its own, but you can't make any customizations without an account. Don't waste your time and money with this manufacturer until they endorse their products. Avoid the frustration this product will bring you when trying to set up a feature that doesn't work.
