This was my first cross stitch I've tried and I was a bit hesitant because I was sure the colors used for the stamping wouldn't wash out completely. I'm done and I can assure all other skeptics that this is the case. A final soak was required to remove all colors. The only disappointment is that I ran out of two colors. Luckily I had both in my floss stash. I learned how to cross stitch with kits and I can honestly say this is the first time I've run out of thread that comes with a kit. I had a bit of trouble figuring out what color to use for the backstitch. The color seemed too close. Overall, I definitely think the pros outweigh the cons. It's beautiful and faster than counted cross stitch. I am currently working on another stamped cross stitch by the same company.
