When I opened the box I saw the carts were in the box. Then I saw shoot them flow. As soon as I carefully opened the packaging, the ink was everywhere. They didn't seal the ink. They work, but damn what a mess. Update: The company sent me a new replacement kit unsolicited. The new set is perfect. The other was disposable. Thanks double D
