My daughter bought this and had problems from the start. The battery we received with the product expired and didn't work, so we bought a new battery. Then the connection didn't work, so we tried it on multiple computers and Twitter accounts. Eventually the connection worked and we got popups saying it was working but we never got a single tweet! For a month! Revain gives me my money back - would love to hear from the seller about this issue as it has upset my daughter a lot.
