Just what my son needed after spraining his knee skiing. There were no small adults in the doctor's office and they said they didn't even have child sizes so we bought these. After getting off the crutches, he used them to walk. My son says his knee is supported and stabilized and the brace is comfortable to wear. It also has enough space to adjust the size. For reference, he is 10 and 70 pounds.
