Review on πŸ›οΈ Intex Comfort Plush Elevated Airbed with Built-in Electric Pump and Dura-Beam Technology by Nathan Pintac

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Incredibly stable and supportive for what it is!

After reading the instructions I realized that this bed needs to be fully inflated and then left alone for about 24 hours before it is loaded for the first time. So I inflated it, put a mattress pad and sheets on it, and didn't try laying on it until the second day. This is a very good air bed. Maybe I'm lucky, but the air stays good. I like the built in pump that can quickly fill (or empty) the bed. The included extra pouch is a nice touch. The flocked surface holds the sheets without slipping. My queen size sheets slid in with ease and the fit was accurate. Considering it's a vinyl airbag, it feels really durable. It still wobbles a bit when getting on and off, but the Dura-Beam construction seems to stabilize it and provide some support. Two of my guests gained about 350 pounds and didn't notice much air loss overnight. I suspect the vinyl will stretch a bit over time and there may be a tear or two, so I'm glad they included a set of patches. A quick tip for finding leaks: mix some mild soap and water so you can use it to blow bubbles. Apply to suspect areas. Point leaks will blow bubbles and you can see them. Remember to let the area dry before attempting to patch it!
