The tester indicates that something is incorrectly connected directly to the inverter connector. GFCI triggered on my cable. There is a problem with this inverter and I have grounded it properly. I wrote to the company and at that moment they simply replied that the tester was incompatible and nothing more. I'm not at all happy with the simplistic answer and lack of advice as to why I'm having the problem. I don't trust the current coming from the device to be an electrically sound device. I will give them another chance to email me a way to fix the problem, otherwise it will be returned.
