I bought this camera 2.5 years ago and used it in Florida. The photos were a one-shot, but I got some very good photos as I learned not to move too fast. Last year I tried to use the camera and had a little problem with it, but everything was fine. This year the camera stopped working completely and strange messages appeared on the display and I couldn't get it to work at all. I contacted customer service and they worked back and forth with me to try and resolve the issue. They asked me to return the camera with the original receipt and let me know what to expect. Today I received a brand new camera, batteries, a USB stick, a bag and a small tripod. They haven't even received my broken camera yet. I was very impressed with their customer service. I emailed with a question and they emailed me back within 48 hours suggesting something to try. I would email the results and they would email another suggestion. I've never had such a good response.
