I love that it's set up so you can get your own virtual assistant! It was very easy for me as well because they have all my information already in their system which means less time wasted searching files or finding people with good info/connections :) No problems at this point but if there were any i would definitely contact them about having someone else help out from home sometimes when needed due busy seasons etc., also maybe some ways around scheduling meetings? As far back office we use only Zoom calls (no phone) & email now days are too slow compared w our past process where emails took 5minutes+to send then 10mins waiting before response plus meeting times could be easily 2hrs+. Now everything happens instantly via zoom call>; no extra waitings anymore ;), saving huge amount off resources spent per week by us during peak season!
