Review on πŸ”§ Atoplee Silicone Polishing Oilstone Grinding Tool by Michael Glassburn

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Unlike other silicon carbide I use

Well packaged except for the stupid tape but not a deal breaker. With the TSPROF sharpener I started the 1st knife at 220, the stone started to wear out quickly. I used TSPROF and Gritomatic Silicon Carbide. Metal dust usually collects on the blade, but I got more rock sludge than metal with these, but really wasn't expecting much for the money. The grit feels a little rougher than stated, but sharpens the blade. They probably won't last long, but I've only tried them on a long, curved blade. If they do, I think they've done their job. Will I buy them for permanent use? Never, but for a few jobs they might be ok.
