Joining the "It didn't work" chorus. I would blame the user for the error, but I bought a similar other brand that worked on the first try. Same surface etc. in the return process. Note to HASKO: Another brand used soft glue on their suction cups to help with initial placement. Not sure if this is a differentiator, but you can try! Also, the basket wasn't hanging straight (while it was up!). It looks like it's reclined. I'm wondering if it's just a quality control issue as obviously a lot of people have had positive experiences. However, getting a lemon and dealing with returns, disappointments, etc sucks.
