This unit has some design flaws that make installation very difficult. First, there is no wire holder assembly under the hood to tuck away and hold the wires when the metal plate is installed. what covers them. Remember, you're doing this work upside down in tight spaces (at least that was our setup). Worse, the two screws holding this plate are incredibly small and oddly sized. If you drop them and lose them - which happens when you're working upside down and the wires get pushed out of the board while trying to hold them in place, screw in a small screw and don't let the wires slip out Working upside down, finding/replacing at the hardware store is impossible. The company provides plastic covers for the hole used for the mounting screws, but they don't stay or can't be inserted. .Apart from that everything is alright.
