REVISION 1-03-20 One of the LEDs in the mouse that gives it a cool multicolor glow effect started flickering when the color was changed - so no more cool color cycle effect. Light mode disabled. I really wanted it to be a cool mouse, but now it's turned into a typical mouse with a broken wireless receiver. And still no response from the manufacturer. Downgraded from 2 stars to 1 star ======= ================================= = == ==================Overall I like the mouse apart from the cool light factor. I've been using it for about 6 weeks and have only had to charge it once (it has rechargeable batteries, not AA or AAA). My problem: When trying to remove the USB receiver, the metal cover got stuck in my USB port. I have tried contacting the seller through Revain using the email they have on their Revain shop and no response. I understand that some products are defective, but I cannot contact them to get a replacement part. I use pliers to pull the piece of metal out and superglue to glue it back together. All in all if it wasn't for the lack of communication with the seller and I didn't need to fix it I would give them 5 stars but only 2 stars because it breaks and no customer service. I hope someone reads these reviews and responds.
