I thought long and hard about buying a straightening iron and decided on MiroPure because of the positive reviews. The performance didn't convince me. .Pro: In the end, the hair becomes smooth. I love that MiroPure combs and smoothes at the same time. I hate stopping to comb my hair every few passes with my regular flat iron. Cons: - MiroPure claims to get up to 250°F (same as my regular straightener), but it wasn't as hot as my regular straightener. - It's very difficult for me to straighten the ends of my hair because I can't keep it straight until the end. - I feel like I can't get as close to my scalp with MiroPure as I can with a regular straightener. .-I think the "Ionic" function is a scam. It is assumed that the hair will not be tangled. This feature can be used alone or in combination with straightening. My hair was just as frizzy after using MiroPure. I photographed my hair before straightening, after straightening with MiroPure and after straightening with my normal flat iron. Overall I think my regular straightener does a better job in less time.
