Since I bought this beautiful lamp it has not always lit when the switch was on. Other times, the lights would go out and come back on an hour or two later. I tried three different bulbs, so I know the problem isn't with the blown bulb. I also tried it in two different houses. Something in the control mechanism has to overheat for it to shut down. When it cools down, it turns on again. That's just my theory. If I can't get a refund or replacement, Revain will have to stop selling this lamp or other products from the same manufacturer.
