Attention - I'm from the Dyson cult. Like an upright Dyson in almost every room in our home. I've been a certified vacuum cleaner mom since ORECKS in the 90's and Dysons since. I've bought more vacuum cleaners than most people have bought clothes. I am asthmatic and allergic to all pet fur. We have incredibly thick floor mats at every crossing—on the inside of the outside doors to our house, our bedroom, our kitchen. These rugs are a HUGE pain to clean. You have to vacuum them up and then take them outside and beat them up (I think 1700 is calling and wanting the carpets back). Miele with the big Electroplus head cleaned the mats COMPLETELY. The clear plastic collection container was filled with dirt and debris. My kids were shocked - it's their job to hit mats. I was shocked. Couldn't believe it. Dyson can't do that. Not even close. I wish you were here to see that - amazing. I then used the Parquet Twister nozzle on hardwood floors. This head is so agile. You can flatten it and crawl under heaters and shelves. Unfortunately none of my Dysons can do that here either, I have to use a hose nozzle and hope. And it's pretty disgusting under the radiators - they spit out coal dust that sits there and usually has to be removed by hand. Guess how often this is done. It's so great to have a vacuum that can do this! I used the Turbo Mini to make the chair upholstery spotless. I mean, the dust mite is flawless. In addition to these three heads you will also find a round cloth for blinds and moldings. A crevice nozzle and a smaller crevice nozzle are hidden in the underbelly of the vacuum cleaner. On-board storage awesome. Approximately 30 feet of cable is instantly retracted at the touch of a button. IMPRESSIVE! That's where the cable goes. There are four main parameters that control the suction flow - from large to thin curtains. It took me a minute to sort the bin because I have so many years of muscle memory from Dyson, but I figured it out in a minute. It has two parts, you need to take a minute and think. Or at least I did. Watch a YouTube video before trying. And it's easy to remove and wash in the sink, then dry and put back in - much like Dyson filters. The rollers have four rollers and wheels. The vacuum cleaner is very easy to use. So easy. I usually don't like this kind of "follow you" style canister vacuum, but this one is really different. The vacuum bar is adjustable for those who are even taller than me - and this is a first time! I'm 1.80m tall and the bar could be a few inches higher - hooray! Everything in my world is too short - counters, strollers, desks - this vacuum covers all heights. And the handle is very cool. Very ergonomic with a different switch to operate the brush on a large head. Cool, cool, cool. And the vacuum cleaner is quiet! WHICH TYPE?!? Yes, it's a lot quieter than other vacuums I own. HOW is that even possible? As you can see in the picture my daughter got a puppy for graduation and I got this vacuum cleaner. I have NEVER sneezed and am allergic to every pet we have ever had. The dust is gone from my floors, my hair is gone, even the ants are a thing of the past. EVERYTHING is gone and we are happy to lie on the floor and play with the puppy. In our house there is no dog smell at all, because guess what, Miele FILTERS the air when vacuuming! No asthma attacks either. I think the air in our house has become cleaner with the use of this vacuum cleaner. I used to have two Miele vacuum cleaners, both with canisters and both with bags. However, THIS (bad pun) leaves them in the dust. Wow - I know, I know. I should have. Packed with new technology, new features, a washable bagless HEPA filter, cool accessories, variable suction power and beautiful arctic white. The performance does not correspond to the brand. It's quiet, long enough handle, very long cord - this really is the best vacuum I've ever had and I've had way too many vacuums!
