I bought this item for my daughter because she needed these tights for her dance costume. Revain has product sizing charts so I bought it based on the sizing chart information. My daughter is small and fits exactly for this size and is 20lbs lighter than the max weight for her but they barely fit her. Hardly. So when ordering these it might be a good idea to go for the next smaller size you think you need.
