Until now it was just a paperweight. I connected it to my existing system which according to the manufacturer response to my system should be compatible with this camera. The camera has power, the IR turns on and off, but there is no video stream and it says it's not connected to the system. I've tried other ports and new ethernet cables, and even connected them to an external power source instead of POE. * Updated. I upgraded this to 3 stars because customer service explained to me that this doesn't work with my Zosi dash cam because mine is h.264 encoded and this cam is h.265 so I sent it back for a refund. I can't rate it higher in my opinion as I checked Q&A for compatibility before ordering and Zosi replied that it was compatible. If I had known the truth before ordering, it would have saved me a lot of time troubleshooting. With all that has been said. The IR worked as it should, but that's about all I could test, so I'm giving it 3 stars based on how good their previous cameras are that I still own (camera quality is day and night in my senior's closet very good). Too bad I can't find any spare zosi h.264 cameras because I need 3 more cameras so now I have to try the new brand.
