Purchased this item a while ago. Worked great until I went to the car wash. The car wash crew (and I) forgot to take it off when it went through the pivots and broke the brass connector. Soft brass always outperforms the original steel connector. Tried to find and order a replacement but to no avail. The seller responded by sending me the part I needed. Cannot say anything other than excellent customer service. M awards five stars for service and product.
