Although these curtains are beautiful, they came with quite a few balls. So I've now cut them off and now the curtains look a lot better. While cutting, I discovered a few patches on the trim line that came loose and started to break. Since I like the curtains, I am not sending them back. However, if I find more than one wrong item after a long wait, I will be careful not to buy from this seller again. Edit: The curtain cord on the longest set we ordered got frayed and just looks crappy now. I'm not that pleased. I emailed the seller and haven't heard a word about a replacement or refund. Curtains hang in our master bedroom from the French door through which we enter and exit my garden. If you touch your curtains at all, DO NOT buy them!
