I should have looked out for the red flags when I saw the claim that all materials are pet safe and non-toxic. Be prepared for your tree to be eaten if you buy this and have a cat that likes to chew on things. It is not only eaten, but also scattered throughout the house. I know it clearly says the leaves are non-toxic, but I'm concerned that if I leave that tree up, my cat will get a blockage and get very sick from ingesting all those leaves. And don't bother recommending a spray to deter chewing. I would NOT recommend that either. It was a HUGE waste of money. It wasn't that easy to put together either, and it's not that strong. Please look elsewhere. Do not take a blocked/sick cat to the vet.
