Excellent tasty product. I've literally tried almost all of them. Here are my pros and cons: PROS1. Most plant proteins use brown rice protein, and this can be problematic if you consume it very often due to the arsenic content of brown rice in general. This one uses only pea and pumpkin proteins.2. It has B12 and iron which is very important as they are very important for vegans as we tend to be deficient in them. It contains BCAAs and is sweetened with a combination of erythritol and stevia, but without the tart stevia aftertaste. These sugars do not affect glycemic levels. Not too sweet and tastes great without the addition of sweeteners or fruit. AGAINST 1. The BCAA profile is not listed on the label. It says it has 4G BCAAs but I guess we can only take their word for it. 2. It uses a gum thickener, but to be honest guar gum can have many health benefits, so it's really not a scam, but I know some people like to skip gum altogether.
