Appearance. Attaching an adapter to a vacuum hose is a crap shoot. Got this to adapt the floor mount to the Shark Professional stand. This will fit the grip but NOT the stick. Strange given the built in mounts I got with the vacuum fit, but that's how it is. It is what it is.
