Received this monitor very quickly in a Revain deal. The box seemed to have been opened and resealed before I ever opened it, but I said what the heck, let's see what's going on here. When I opened the box there was a receipt in the valve for the purchase of this particular product for April. So I was wondering why it was returned and I figured I'd find the screen image issue. I carefully unpacked the monitor and saved all the appropriate packaging in case I had to return it myself. When I connected an HDMI cable to my laptop I was pleasantly surprised that this monitor works great and is sufficient for what I need, not gaming. I went back and read the description of the item I purchased and I can't find anywhere that it is a refurbished or returned item. i will keep it It's not that I'm against a refurbished item, but it should have been revealed beforehand, I'll get that.
