Beautiful tutu skirt. It's actually puffier than it looks in the picture, but you can make it bigger or smaller by fluffing up the layers of tulle. It's longer than I expected, below the knees. Technically, I wanted something above the knees. This large and expandable belt has plenty of room so you don't have to worry too much about size. This color is lavender. The tape is not attached so it is difficult to stay in place. For the price this is a good buy.
