I replaced the lock/bolt module in my 98 Volkswagen New Beetle. All sizes are correct, each part fits and is the same size and shape as the original. The plastic feels stiff and heavy in equal measure, all joints fit perfectly, and the tension is just right. The car is correctly locked and unlocked both manually and via the key fob. The automatic locking (after a delay or while driving) works. The beep when I lock the car with the key fob is not the same; It looks like there's a three-second delay before a second press results in a beep. I am completely satisfied with this part.
