I've been using this product for a few months now and I keep having the same problem. The adhesive inside the ID pocket is messed up making it physically impossible to remove the ID. It doesn't seem like a big problem but I fly a lot and you need to bring your ID with you at the airport. Even if they identify you for drinks. The card gets stuck and I have to either make people wait behind me or just say forget it. Because of this, I cannot recommend this wallet as this is one of the characteristics of this wallet that others do not have. I hope they can fix it with QA.
