I bought this product to help my new dog learn not to bark around the house. He barks loud enough to hurt my ears and the device doesn't work at all. I set the sensitivity threshold to its lowest which is 60. I tested the collar before trying to use it and it worked fine except I couldn't get the loudness tester to register the trigger no matter what according to I was level . The manufacturer needs to update this device to set the allowable decibel level below 60. I set the level to 1 so that my voice speaks "quietly" and a slight vibration is triggered. I'm not trying to shock my dog for every little bark, but if he barks at the top of his lungs and I can't hear the voice correction on the device, that's a serious manufacturing defect.
