You must be patient when working with power tools and hand tools

Broken and bought for personal use. I found them a little tricky to use because the "jaws" rotate too easily; especially for use in hard-to-reach places. The trip bar enters the work area and easily disengages when trying to hook the clip.

Turning off lights on power tools

I have to say they work better than pliers but I'm not sure about the flat ring type, I've had a little trouble working with them. The round ones worked well in the tight spaces I needed to get into, I bought angled round tip pliers, they would loosen up the tight space a bit, an angled and straight set would be a better seat.

    Much better than Duct Pliers

I don't know why I waited so long to buy these. I've used them a few times and pliers have proved invaluable when removing spring clips on water hoses. The ability to snap and stay put when you pull is incredibly useful. Definitely reduces stress when working with hard-to-reach clamps.

Great quality for the price from an old mechanic

Great quality for the price from an old experienced mechanic. Worked well with those tricky constant tension spring clips. If you work a lot, you'll also need to buy a set of flexible wire spring clamps for working in hard-to-reach places. The factory *&^ places hose clamps in the most bizarre positions on the assembly line, without thinking of further maintenance.

Nice but not quite for small bells. Ideal for large brackets.

I love the lock function. I also like the flat side to compress both small spring lugs at the same time. The problem is that for small vacuum or fuel lines. depending on the location. 16. Ideal for large lines and radiator hoses. The pliers will no longer slip and pinch your fingers. I also like that this set is versatile for different types of clips. There is excellent value for money here.

    Affordable quality clamp pliers

These clamp pliers are not a Mickey Mouse tool. I have used them on replacing radiator hoses when doing a major overhaul of my cooling system (radiator, water pump, thermostat, hoses and coolant flush replaced), these pliers have been well used and served well. Of course, I could also do this with regular pliers, like in the good old days, but why? These tools make life easier, not to mention the time and cost savings of being able to keep old parts. Impressive considering how cheap these…

upset. Slip joint pliers work better.

I really don't like hose clamps with give, just because they're pretty hard to remove in tight spaces and difficult to install in tight spaces. I knew there were special pliers to tighten the contents of the clamps, but back then (years ago) I heard that a pair of these was expensive. That's how I got good at pliers. I've seen them and damn I'll make my life easier and buy a pair. Young. Am I wrong? Tried using them a few times but at the end of the day it was FTW pliers.

It is better to spend more money if you use this tool for more than one job.

Poor quality control and shoddy production. The clamping piece (on the ends of the pliers) will not stay on the yoke unless you perform any motion other than simply squeezing the two ends together (if you try to move the yoke with the pliers, the pliers almost always slip off the yokes). I really only bought them for one job (as I was changing a lot of hoses at once) but ended up using regular pliers to get the job done as I had already thrown those pliers in the bin. . I think you get what you
