They are good BUT. for wipers

I've been fitting them to my 2017 Civic for over a year now and firstly they look great secondly they work great but thirdly they are gross for winter driving. If you live in warm weather definitely go for it, but if you're somewhere with freezing rain it's probably a good idea to avoid them and get a super silicone model. Ice collects under the plastic trim and destroys it immediately, but not before freezing to the windshield. The normal performance in rainy weather cannot be surpassed.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • No instructions

Don't waste your money on rubber blade wipers!

PIAA is one of the few wiper manufacturers with silicone blades. It is highly unlikely that you will find them at a local auto parts store as thin rubber brush wipers are the main source of income for auto parts stores. Take advantage of Revain's availability and I STRONGLY recommend that you buy them directly from Revain and not from any of the "other sellers" on Revain. I had serious problems when I first tried to order a PIAA wiper blade through one of the 'other sellers'.

I was impressed with the wipers and washers

I took a chance because I had never used the Piaa brand and they tend to be more expensive than others. I replaced my stock wipers with a well known and respected brand and they cracked from the start. I replaced that new blade with this Piaa blade and it's perfect. Tiny traces of silicone coat the glass, collecting and blowing away raindrops. There have been warnings from other sources that these leaves could interfere with rain-sensitive wipers. Not yet. My rain sensing wipers seem to be…

Easy install no streaks no hiss

Decided to switch to silicone as texan heat is not very good for rubber. I bought these because I couldn't find the Rainx silicone wipes I recommended at Revain. Instead, I decided to go with them. I don't regret it. Installation was easy. They provide a wipe to prepare the windshield before installing the wipers. Since I bought it over a week ago, there has been no noise or smearing. It has rained almost every day since installation, giving me plenty of time to try them out. UPDATE: One star…

Great wipers! fits wipers and washers

I received these wipers just as it was starting to rain heavily in my area. I had originally ordered another brand but after receiving three of them in poor packaging I settled on PIAA wipers. I'm so glad I did! They weren't that easy to install as you have to thoroughly clean the windshield and wipe it down with a silicon-soaked cloth before installing the wipers, but once they're on the car they're worth it. I wore them for three days in continuous rain and they didn't leave a single streak…

Expensive! But they are SAFE.

I've tried every type available over the years and even on the same car/windscreen (I keep my cars in great condition but they tend to be 'older' when I eventually exchange them). Once I tried to stop using them - because of their price. But after keeping records and comparing performance (and found they lasted 2 years on my truck) I now exclusively use PIAA blades on my vehicles. I have also recommended them to my children who also use them. Our new machine now carries them as well and will be

*Acura TL 2012* [Update] Small gap in windshield, otherwise great sheet.

Works very well. You have to wash the windshield, then I wiped it down with rubbing alcohol (added that step from other reviews and comments), then used the silicone wiper app that came with it, and finally replaced the wipers. Water rolls off without using wipers. In operation, the wipers work quietly and smoothly, as expected. Good product. Removed 1 star from rating due to blade not making full contact with my shield. I've read that Acura/Honda fenders are slightly curved at the edges and…

Great for rain but not mud/dust

I installed these wiper blades on my 2000 Explorer and they hooked right into the factory hooks. After a few months of use, I noticed that they are great at mopping up rainwater, but poor at removing dirt and other debris from the windshield, even after washer fluid has been sprayed on the windshield. I suspect this is because silicone wipers are more flexible than traditional rubber wipers. The silicone blades simply flex and glide through dirt while the squeegees actually "scratch" it. I have
