Too sticky, paper rips, sticks to pads

I happened to use a piece of paper I bought earlier in the summer and wasn't happy, the 1st piece of 80 grit, used for 10 minutes, went to shoot Dura-Block Block and 80% of the paper stuck to the block, it only tore in the layer closest to the adhesive. Made a huge mess and wasn't happy with clumps of sticky dirt on my new sanding pads. I do not recommend this product and I am sad that I have an assortment of 5 grains to use in my project and they are too bad to just throw away or use for…

Pros
  • Amazing
Cons
  • Some bugs

The paper back is annoying. I've never seen one in rolls that require the backing to be removed. The glue is too sticky. You should be able to remove your block without tearing off bits of glue. This is worst in warm weather and if you leave the paper on the pad overnight. I should have intentionally powdered the glue from the polished putty to reduce the stickiness. Grit is less consistent than 3M, Mirka, Norton, etc. But 180 grit shouldn't pose much of a problem unless you're using a 180 grit

Pros
  • Absolute legend

Fast and easy to use.

Fast shipping and easy to use. The product comes on a roll that sticks easily to a flat surface, allowing you to sand with both hands without having to constantly readjust the sandpaper. I bought it to flatten some woodworking tools to be used in combination with flat granite stone. Aside from the required elbow lubrication, this product has worked great so far. Then bought about 80 grit to speed up the leveling process. Product Review Update: After using this product for over a year, I am very
