Hard to find - patches

I hate clips so I'm always looking for velcro. It is particularly difficult to find a larger size. This is exactly what I need, but I would like it longer. The velcro fits snugly, doesn't tear, and is stitched side-to-side, there are no gaps on the sides to curl up. Hand washing is easy and dries quickly.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Something else

I LOVE EVERY ASPECT OF THIS PRODUCT AND WEAR IT APPROX. 6 WEEKS! I HAD A HUGE FALL AND TEARED ALL THE SOFT TISSUES OF MY RIGHT ARM. THEY WASH VERY WELL AND I WOULD BLOW IT OUT! MY ARM HAS HEALED VERY WELL INCLUDING MY HUGE SIDE! NOTHING NEGATIVE IN THE PRODUCT JUST MY STUPIDNESS!

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Some flaws

You can rely on ACE brand quality

I have been wearing and have been wearing ACE bandages for quite some time now and they seem to hold up to frequent use (assuming you wash them). For some reason I bought another brand and the film was thin and didn't work well. So back to the ACE brand, which fortunately still feels like a quality film. I also prefer velcro to secure the package (rather than metal hooks). I recommend this movie.

Velcro is excellent but

I guess I'm just old school. I prefer clips. With clips you don't have to worry about which end you start wrapping and the Velcro attached to, but after a full day it partially unrolled where I had attached it, causing a bulge formed which then caused a hole in my swollen leg. Clips don't have this problem so I just ordered some clips and use this one like it doesn't have velcro.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Ace makes the best bandages

Just what I needed after foot surgery. There were a few wraps from other brands and they didn't last long when it came to comfort and stretch. Bought 2 4" twin packs and they are the best quality you can find. I have a bit of OCD when I wrap my foot (I don't like it when the heel isn't closed) so the 4" is ideal , as it is longer and offers more coverage. Also, always use Velcro, another type can cut into your skin or snag on other objects. Pay a few bucks more and get this movie, it's worth…

No small silver tabs to open (Velcro), subtle stretch, perfect for work!

Making a silly move without paying attention to where I was going I ended up twisting and dislocating my knee. God I'm in a lot of pain and I really needed some extra support as well as ice packs on my knee to help with the swelling. I bought two twin packs of these premium dressings and am very happy with them. They use velcro so you don't have to worry about losing those silver hooks. They work like a charm.Pros: no silver hooks with a clasp. Decent stretch. Long enough for a thicker leg…

They don't make them like they used to.

I am wearing an archaic ACE brace from my college days due to a torn ankle. It's nice and soft, still stretchy, the velcro still attaches and works well. Thing is, I'm not kidding, 28 years old. I figured it was time to get some new ones. Although I tossed them in the washer and dryer first (I have very sensitive skin) they itch like hell when applied to my skin. Can it be that it's just me? But they look thicker and denser. But that's probably because they're not nearly 30 years old like the…

Worst thing I've ever tried

I HATE hook and loop fastener This is the worst bandage clip I've ever seen. You have to unroll the entire bandage and then unroll it again roll it up when you want to bandage the joint, and when you're done you'll probably wrap it with the hook stripe facing out, since there's no bandage on the other end of the bandage way to tell which way is which. (At least the end of the bandage is easy to wrap back on itself to use the hook closure even if you wrapped it incorrectly.) It would take…
