Terrible Digital Gauges for Automotive Use

As a result of using this product I found that the readings were extremely inaccurate and inconsistent. While the installation was relatively easy, the product failed to provide any useful information for monitoring my car's voltage and amperage. The only positive aspect was the compact SIZE which made it easy to fit into my car's interior .Unfortunately, the unreliable readings make this product not worth the investment..

Pros
  • Accurately measures voltage and current of a motorcycle's electrical system.
Cons
  • Requires wiring and installation, which can be a hassle for some users.

NO INSTRUCTIONS good for voltmeter

I like the way this thing is made and the way it looks, but without instructions the ability to measure current is a little obscure. It has 3 pins on the back, one with +, one with - and one in between without any marking. Connect positive and negative and you get a voltage reading, but. How does it measure amps? Anyone who has ever abused a multimeter knows that if you have no idea what is going to happen when you plug in an ammeter and something small or major is about to happen, you are…

Pros
  • voltmeter
Cons
  • concise instructions
