I decided on this grease gun after I bought a cheaper one at my local farm store and found it to be junk. This weapon does exactly what it promises. Works perfectly! I know the end of the lubricator is very tight on the lubricator and you have to pull quite hard to loosen it, but this can loosen over time.

The syringe is only perfect straight out of the box. This pistol has a rubber grip, part of the barrel and a reinforced hose with a metal spring. First impressions were of good quality with an old-school rod latch. (much better than cheaper units) I applied it straight away and put 3 full cans of lube through while servicing a large excavator. Updated 8/26/19 Customer service was active and took good care of me. They offered to cover all my expenses if I needed to replace the bearings in my trailer. They also returned the money for the guns. My mechanic friend looked at my bearings, we pumped a full tube of grease through each bearing and found only a few metal shavings, and that was at the very beginning of the process.
