First of all they are a bit big, I recommend you go to a store and try them on. I have size 7 women's sneakers. This usually means size 5 or 5.5 for kids. Got a 5.5 and they were half the size but that was my fault, I've had another pair before that were a 5 but didn't want to risk buying online.
