only had to use a second cartridge after only 20 days. I understand that the number of pages I print varies, but it's not like I've printed more in the last two weeks than I normally do in two or three months. Not impressed with this change.

I was very impressed with the quality of the cartridge and the packaging - very strong and sealed. But most of all I was happy about the compatibility with my HP printer. In the past I've had to return cartridges even though they were marked as HP compatible. If the cartridge doesn't last as long as usual, I'll edit my review. But I can't imagine this company spending that much on a cartridge and packaging without refilling it properly.

I forgot to remove the small protective film from the nozzle). I turned on my laptop and printed out a page of user IDs and passwords: even in draft quality (quick print) the characters were sharp and the shading consistent. Print for everyday life. Excellent price. Not sure how long they will last, just received them. Printing is a bit fuzzy, looks like too much ink is leaking, writing isn't clear like using branded ink cartridges, but it's not the end of the world for me as I don't accidentally print anything for business.

Opened the first cartridge today --- it didn't print properly and the printer said to remove it. Installed the second cartridge and everything worked. So one is broken. However after the return date I definitely think the replacement is ok as the printer tried to print. Made five attempts to print.
