Sometimes I need a second screen for my laptop, for financial work and also for video editing. This monitor fits perfectly! AOC includes a USB 3.1 cable with an additional connector in case one port does not deliver enough power. If you carry it around in your backpack or bag, I recommend getting a case or something similar to protect your screen. Found this monitor in a class I was teaching in Arizona. It worked well in the classroom as a second monitor for a student's laptop. Easy to set up and use. I had so much fun working with it that I decided to buy it for my home laptop for distance learning. Now three screens!

That works great. I use it as the third screen on my laptop and it's part of my dual screen setup on C-Hub. No problem. Quick change!

hit for the dollar? Definitive! For its size and price compared to other portable monitors, it's worth it. Note, however, that the image is faint. I've tried looking online for ways to make it brighter, but it just doesn't exist. I also don't like that the screen has a lot of glare and a lot of glare. That's very valuable. Once you've downloaded the driver, it's plug and play to set up. Downloading a driver is not for those who lack patience and determination. And the included instruction page didn't help much. You should go to the user forums and start there. Personally, I had to plug in a second USB stick for the driver to load. Once I've done that I don't need the monitor to work. It actually looks better than the display on my MacBook Air.

UPDATE: So I got a reply with a production date. The rest of the letter was illegible code. I did reply, but now I'm back to waiting for someone to reply in a meaningful way. Bought it 6 months ago and it no longer works. The laptop doesn't even recognize it's plugged in and there's no picture. Even worse the seller says there is a guarantee but I sent a help request last week and still got NO RESPONSE. DO NOT BUY THIS! Spend a little more and get something from an honest seller.

I work as an employee benefits consultant and had to buy this monitor after the pandemic so I can meet with my socially distanced clients and they can see what I see on my monitor. Works well but the plastic is cheap.

It was the right monitor for the money. You need something portable that is easy to carry and works. When connected to my home desktop station, the picture isn't as good as my other monitors, but this one is designed for portability and is top-notch. I also like the one cable USB connection.

It arrived earlier than expected and the size of the monitor was not what I expected. I bought this monitor to work outside in a gazebo when the weather is nice, rather than hanging around at home. Connecting the laptop was very easy. I just plugged it in and turned on my laptop with the USB cable that came with it. As soon as my laptop recognized the monitor, the screen appeared. So far so good, let's see how it holds up once I start using it.

I bought two and both have the same problem: some colors are off; For example, when working with Excel spreadsheets, a light green cell looks light blue. Also, I can't find a way to turn it off unless you use the Windows + P "PC Screen Only" option when using it as a second monitor. ; I can't find how to adjust the brightness and contrast.

Looks very nice and the price is right. Unfortunately I can't download the necessary Displaylink driver on my limited work laptop. The device requires 2 USB ports to be powered by my laptop. I usually use one of these for a USB wireless mouse dongle. I decided to return even though I really wanted everything to work. I like the stand too.

The monitors work great, they connect to 2 USB ports, my computer is i7 RTX 2060, I also had a Dell G3 laptop that I tested it on and the quality looks very good on both! One had about 2 years and the second had no problem for 6 months, use them for work and they are mobile so you can take them anywhere. I would say this is an essential part for people who work from home and need monitors.

Given the price of this monitor and its configuration, I wasn't expecting a decent picture, just serviceable. I am surprised that the screen is of good quality and ideal for work and video. It won't blow your mind, but it's great for a portable monitor when you're on the go when you need a desktop monitor that doesn't take up a lot of space.

Helps my wife with work from home. In the office she is used to using 2 screens. Now she can do it at home too. Easy setting Limited connectivity options.!
