. I walk well at 215 pounds and run 6 to 10 miles a week for cardio. I used to struggle with knee and PF issues so good running shoes are a must for me. So far, the Kayano 25 has delivered on everything Asics promised. They fit true to size without constricting the toe area, offer plenty of cushioning from toe to heel with the new dual-layer sole with good response and are very comfortable! You can't go wrong with this!

I wore the Kayano for years until I was 23 and 24 years old. These models seemed to hurt me. This version seems to fix the issues that were bothering me (mainly in the forefoot and toe areas) and I'm comfortable, just like previous versions. Great fit. I have more flat feet and am on the borderline of D and EE (in width). In most cases, D is a bit tight and EE is too wide even for thicker socks.
