I used these discs to polish connectors on aluminum heads. While the first few want to be good (they don't last long at all), in this particular case I didn't push the shank all the way into the chuck, but at least enough to get a little grip on the bit's shank. Works As described could be made more durable but at a price you can order three times the brand name Dremels and they last as long if not longer and it will let you somehow "refresh" your beat. And in my opinion it improves the quality of the sanding because you can take the time to check your work.
