Auxbeam Round Headlight Driving Atmosphere Review

These lights are really bright. What I didn't like is that the light pattern shines vertically so when I'm driving oncoming traffic or someone in front of me thinks I have high beams on. Even after changing the factory setting to low beam, it still shines too high due to the vertical light cone. Not bad for the price but definitely not what I expected.

Easy to install; However, I had to "hold" them in the grooves with one hand and then tighten the backup ring. OEM headlights are fitted very tightly into regular grooves. They didn't match, but I'm pretty sure it's because of the black powder coating that made it that way. And just so you know, LEDs are VERY bright and generate little to no heat; There is no DOT stamp on the headlights. However, I passed the official check here in the DFW area (Texas) without any problems.

The light worked fantastic for a little less than a month. Noticing that some of the LEDs in a lightbulb were partially burned out, I removed them to hear a rattling noise. Something dissolved inside. EDIT: After painfully loosening the small hex screws (I removed 4) the plastic tab holding the reflective piece broke. I just glued it together. Fantastic replacement LED headlight! They are very easy to put on and look great. "Red" wire has no direct factory connection with Halo and Blue LED, otherwise plug and play. This requires a new wire, relay and switch or SPOD relay system. Otherwise very easy to connect. Very bright in both high and low beam. Excellent headlights. Installed them on my '79 Jeep CJ7. This required significant trimming of the original lamp bases, but they fitted perfectly. Most likely, over time, I will buy wide-open sockets for them. Posting was a breeze. I went to get a relay so the DRL gets power when the headlights are off. Jeep Wrangler 2015 2 Door Sport Great value headlight set with three options.1. If you don't connect light rings for daytime running lights, you don't need light rings.
