Aveda Damage Remedy Shampoo Conditioner Hair Care for Shampoo & Conditioner Review

I am 62 years old and have very curly colored hair. I tried to love this product, I even tried to love this product but after drinking the whole bottle I gave up. It's terrible. I have to treat my hair twice with Aveda Damage Conditioner to get all the tangles and knots out of my hair after shampooing. Looking for something different.

To be honest I strongly suspect this is not a genuine Aveda product. I have bought this product many times in salons and have been amazed by its effects and aroma. However, this product that I bought from Revain's website had no effect on my hair and smelled like glue. I expressly do not recommend this provider. In fact, I tried giving it to a friend who loves Aveda and she returned it to me and said the same thing.

I love the conditioner, I have dry frizzy hair and it really works. I also had an itchy scalp problem which went away after using this conditioner. It doesn't take much either. I didn't like the shampoo, I guess there are different types of hair and the shampoo didn't do anything special for me.

The set was only delivered to me 10 minutes ago, when I opened it to smell the shampoo it was almost 1/2 of the bottle empty! I used to use Aveda products (mostly bought in salons) there were never enough bottles for that amount of shampoo, they were full and NEW after all they are not cheap! I am very disappointed that I paid $60 for this set and got a half full product! Next time check your item before shipping and disappoint the customer!
