Belkin 6 Outlet Protector 4 Foot BV106000 04 BLK Review

This product looked exactly as advertised until we heard it sizzle! We then read where other surge protectors sold online have caught fire. Please be careful if you bought one of these. We were thankful we heard the hiss before it caught fire.

I've always bought Belkin surge protectors and they seem to last a long time, but this one only lasted 3 months and one of the outlets didn't work. Revain's return window closed on May 31st, so I'm trying to contact Belkin support to see if they at least replace the product.

Just what I needed for my new TV that isn't near an outlet, complete with BluRay player, Revain Firestick and antenna. I bought an 8 foot Belkin, but my new TV has the plug on the other side of the TV so I needed a longer cable to get to the TV as I've been using the TV because of the antenna I've been using ever since , can not move. I cut the cable tie.

I attached an extension cord to the frame of our treadmill to allow the treadmill's power and a small floor fan's power to flow through the belt. A couple of zip ties and now I can turn everything on and off with the switch on the bar, conveniently placed. Belkin stuff is great. I have never had a problem with any of their products.

Why sockets look different in several photos to make it clear. I was hoping to get an outlet. What's in the pictures. I saw another review complaining about this but I went with it anyway thinking they might have an older generation product. But no. I have the same thing they complained about. i will send it back

We use this product for all our major household electronics. We haven't tried the latest purchase yet, but we're sure it will work fine. We've also used a Belkin Home/Office Surge Protector with 7 outlets and a 6 foot cord for other high power electronics and they work great too.

Very happy with this surge protector. It has a very sleek overall look from who knew the looks of a surge protector would even matter lol but I've had it for a while now and it always catches my eye when I look at it. Overall it works very well, I have a few things like TV, cable box, lamp, alarm clock, everything is plugged in and I've never had a problem with anything.

I cannot confirm overvoltage protection because there is no overvoltage. Electricity has always been clean and reliable. As a splitter it works great. Small size and good fork mount. However, the quality can be improved. I hate that the switch has so many slops. It works well and has a nice click, but wobbles in both the on and off positions. Not very inspiring quality.
