Periodically turns off the monitor for a few seconds. Really annoying. UPDATE: Belkin suggested I contact their support team, yes. I spent over 1 hour waiting for customer service yesterday and 40 minutes today. Belkin claims 24/7 support but doesn't seem to be responsive. What good is customer support if it doesn't respond!

How do you say. If you require a dual monitor configuration, do not use this product. First, the customer service was unhelpful like any online item. Also, don't buy it if you have a vertical monitor BECAUSE YOU CANNOT ROTATE IT! Belkin, I expected more from you, I'm disappointed.

Great product and definitely goes well with Apple products. The finish is great, but the cable is a little short when using it with a Mac mini. The packaging is strong. Get it when there is a discount.

It does its job well but the price confuses me. I would estimate the cost of this item to be 50% less considering it's just a dumb connector that goes over USB connections.

It can be said that it works, but there are many problems, to see the picture you need to install an additional driver, without a driver it does not work, there is no picture at all, even if you have a Type-C monitor. And this driver is very unstable, for example I had a problem when I tried to login to Google account from the browser and it didn't work when the monitor was connected through this hub, but when I connected my monitor the problem was gone immediately and when i tried to use this…

Only the Ethernet RJ-45 port works. No external video (HDMI, VGA, DP) or USB (kb/mouse wireless receiver). I purchased directly from Belkin with a 25% discount coupon that was mailed to me. Big mistake. There's a 90-day return policy (great), but you'll have to pay for postage. All my future purchases will be from Revain: much faster shipping, free and very easy returns :-).

I liked this document. Quality, form factor, pretty much everything. The problem was that it randomly turned off devices when I wasn't using the computer, even though I had disabled all sleep settings to keep it awake all the time. Called support and they ended up saying that this 11 in 1 dock is not supported for the MBP M1 and recommended another product. Apart from the occasional shutdown, everything worked perfectly.

This was my second device in a week and neither of them recognize my two monitors. Revain support was unable to resolve the issue with the first unit, so the second unit was sent. The second unit had the same issue so I called Belkin support and AFTER 3 calls the support rep was so helpful and very keen to resolve the issue. YOU COULD NOT fix the problem.

I got one of these theses along with QGeeM 7-in-1. And tried them both for a few months. QGeeM 7-in-1 is cheaper and more portable. This Belkin hub *feels* more durable, but after just a few months of use, one of the USB ports broke. It has been used very little so it was quite amazing to me. Not with money.

3440x1440 is not supported. Uses separate software (Displaylink) to actually run the video over USB-C. The maximum resolution is 2560x1440 and 50Hz. Displaylink has no customer support at all. Belkin tried to convince me to try a different cable when I tried to explain that it was a software issue. One star for wasted time and coming back.

The replacement device also has the same problem. very unstable. I'm still asking Belkin for a refund but they dumped me on Revain. Revain dropped me off at the manufacturer because 30 days had passed.
