It was the cutest skirt and hair bow to match. They were both well made and the tulle on the skirt was soft and not itchy. My granddaughter loves this.

Fatal horror, they failed me with this doll tutu.

I needed for my daughter's party The size has nothing to do with what they say for girls under 9 is a big lie that the tutu is for a one year old child not for a bigger girl they only sell things to make money but first make sure the clothes are made of good materials and are age appropriate for what they are posting.
